- Course units must be paid in full before they will be sent out. Orders may not be
placed as C.O.D. Payment may be made online or over the phone using VISA/MC .
- Reference materials may be found in a church ministry library or a comprehensive
public library. Online resources may also be of benefit for the student. .
- Students entering the Graduate Studies Division must have maintained a 3.0 GPA
on their A.A. and B.A. degrees. .
- Graduate Courses require the use of a cassette player to listen to the lecture materials.

- Graduate Students are required to enlist a Pastor as their mentor and testing proctor.

- All testing materials are to be answered in 'print format' and not written in longhand.
Answers that cannot be easily read will be marked as being incorrect. .
- Students enrolled in the Theology or Divinity programs may not order more than two
study units at any given time. .
- It will be beneficial for the student to own or have access to a computer. Bible
software will also be of great help. .
- Official transcripts of your grades may be requested at a cost of $15 per copy.

- Courses are divided up into units as opposed to credit hours as it is a much more
efficient method to track off campus education. One unit generally reflects the equivalent of three semester hours of credit. .
- Course units will be reviewed and updated periodically to allow the Institute to
maintain the highest degree of competency regarding course unit structures. This will enable the Institute to offer you the best and latest courses available. .
- Grading is set against the following table. All grades will be given in Grade Points.
Courses will display the overall Grade Point Average of all units in the course. .
