    This course presents an introduction to the basic features of grammar and vocabulary of New Testament Greek.  The student will derive an understanding of this language.

    The student will learn the structure and flow in delivery of properly developed
    sermons. Student will develop and complete a detailed sermon project.

  • MA303 - Nouthetic Counseling (1 unit credit) $70 + Textbook
    Textbook - The Christian Counselor's Manual - by Adams
    The student will receive a complete knowledge of the process and methods
    of nouthetics (Bible based Spiritual Counseling) Case study essay project
    required as part of course.

  • MA304 - Spiritual Formation (1 unit credit) $70 + Tapes
    24 lectures @ 44 minutes each ($125 from Institute)
    An investigation into the meaning of Biblical Christianity and its relationship
    to faith and practice, within contemporary cultural contexts. Special attention
    is given to the corporate dimensions of spirituality and spiritual formation as defined in the New Testament. Those historical and cultural factors which have led to the privatization of Christianity are analyzed and discussed. A paradigm of spiritual growth and maturity which focuses on the assembly rather than the individual is developed.

  • MA305 - Adult Ministries in The Church (1 unit credit) $70 + Tapes
    24 lectures @ 29 minutes each ($95 from Institute)
    Students review the principles of andragogy and its application to various adult age levels and special adult groups such as singles, single parents, and families. Students will analyze and synthesize the church's entire ministry to adults. Unique learning methods are used in the course in order to effectively model the principles of andragogy.

  • MA306 - Church Leadership and Administration (1 unit credit) $70 + Tapes
    24 lectures @ 29 minutes each ($75 from Institute)
    A course designed to develop leadership potential in students and to give them a familiarity with the various elements of the administrative process, including: goal setting and achieving, organization, delegation, human relations, group dynamics, supervision and the training of other leaders. Though the principles are universal, the focus of the course is the Christian organization, particularly the local church.

  • Field Ministry Requirement (2 unit credit)
    The student will be required to be active in a church or ministry setting and to complete a total of 60 hours of work. The work can be combined from various
    activities such as conducting a Bible study or Sunday School teaching as well
    as working within church services (Deacon, usher, greeter, worship team, etc.)

  • Master Thesis Requirement (1 unit credit) $35 Assessment Fee
    The student will complete a research paper that will be not less than 10,000
    words (about 20 full pages of text)
